Our commissions differ to our website products as they will never be replicated - truly making them one of a kind.

| 2 | When we receive the request, we can then discuss more on prices and generate more ideas until we can provide a digital mock up design to you. |
| 3 | Once the design is approved we will send you an invoice, requiring a deposit to cover the item being customised. This payment can be made through bank transfer or PayPal. |
| 4 | When the item has been customised, we will provide 'final product' images and request the remaining balance to be paid. |
| 5 | After payment, the shoes will be shipped to you |
