We create custom shoes and accessories to order. The process is as follows:
1 day: shoes/accessory ordered for authentic distributor
3 to 9 days - shoes/accessory delivered to us
4 to 21 days - customisation process commences
21 days - 28 days - order is shipped to customer
Our production time is 3-5 weeks before dispatch. The time depends on the order volume at the point of purchase.
Changes to your sizing or design can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of purchase as long as the adjustment is equivalent in price. Contact info@customsden.com.au if you require a change.
We do not provide updates during the stages of production. You will receive a confirmation of purchase and a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.
We ship worldwide! Please note, due to Covid-19 there are some delays. Please be patient as we do our very best to get your order to you.
Once your items have progressed through the production phase, they will be shipped with tracking details. Estimated time frames are a guide and are subject to change.

An AusPost tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Following the appropriate link will show you where your order currently is. If you have not received a tracking notification and the estimated turn around time has been exceeded, please contact us for an update on your order.
Because everything at Customs Den has been carefully hand-made just for you, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for reasons such as change of mind or damage due to excessive wear and tear.
If on the rarest of occasions your item is faulty or incorrect on arrival, please send your order number and a photo of the item to info@customsden.com.au and we will resolve the issue.

Our hand painted shoes consist of mostly colourways and simple design elements.
Our printed shoes are intricate designs that have been printed on a high quality machine and fused to the outside of the shoe.
This allows us to create a higher volume of shoes and reduce the wait time for our customers without compromising quality.
Commissions are one-of-a-kind, hand painted pieces that are designed by collaboration with you. They involve an engaging service to bring to life a unique idea.
Our commissions differ to our website products as they will never be replicated - truly making them one of a kind.

The time is takes to create a commission item is subject to the length of the waiting list and the complexity of the design. The time frame will be confirmed before purchase.
Commissions can cost anywhere upwards of AU$250 depending on the complexity of the design. The item being customised is an additional charge and will equate to the items retail price.

How To Clean Your Sneakers:
Our products are sealed with a finisher that protects the design and makes it more durable. We recommend using warm water and soap to clean around the design. Do not scrub or pick at the customisation. Do not put your sneakers in the washer or dryer. Do not apply acetone directly on the design.
How To Care For Your Sneakers:
Try not to get your sneakers wet, especially because this is a custom piece. Excessive water exposure will weaken the protective finisher.
How To Avoid Wear and Tear:
These are specialty items and are not intended for daily use. Wear and tear will occur if the sneakers aren't taken care of and are worn constantly.
